As a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Cody’s primary focuses are in athletic development and long term health. He is well-versed in rehabilitation training for athletes and working with any individuals who have specialized health needs.

Euwe focuses on building a foundation in strength, that translates to your endeavours outside of the gym. His philosophies are built on the simplicity of hardwork and good habits.
He leads our Learn2Lift program, which is designed to spread the basics of strength training, so you can confidently train on your own.

Vinyasa and Hatha based Yoga

Yoga Alliance Certified
Raquel has been practicing yoga since 2016 and became a certified yoga teacher in 2025. She believes that mastering the fundamentals is essential to building a strong and sustainable practice. Raquel loves guiding beginners and witnessing those “light bulb” moments when everything clicks. In each class, her goal is to help students take away one physical skill and one philosophical insight they can carry off the mat.
